Lumens is a immersive multimedia performance co-created with Julien Compagne within our group Video Phase. It is an immersive show with lateral screens and multiple screens on stage lasting one hour which contains original creations of the group.
We created together the music, the visual, the interactive concepts and the virtual and electronic instruments that we developed and made ourself. We perform the show as a duo. I did the coding of the visual in Unity3d and in Max and the sound coding in Maxforlive.
The project has been made possible thanks to many grants of creation and production from the Montreal art council and Conseil des arts et lettres du Québec. It has won the first price of Mécènes investis pour les arts in 2016 and Opus Price actual and electroacoustic Concert of the year in 2017.
It has been premiered at espace SAT on June 13th 2017. It is on tour on Montreal Island with the Montreal art Council in 2017-2018. It is touring mainly in the international since then.
