Finding a musical juxtaposition between trying to create security and finding one’s place, Fit into the crowd is based on a visual image of a character trying to musically find that place while keeping the urban security around them, with a tape part of different phrases commonly said for the sake of security like: I shouldn’t step to far out of place; It’s better to not take risks; Art beware, everything has been done.
This piece is the first part of the triptyque Fit in the crowd. The second part is Refuge. The third part is Fit in the glitch.
